Our support desk software "FreshDesk" has announced scheduled maintenance for Christmas day so we expect our support desk will be down for approximately one hour.
"Freshdesk is expected to be down from approximately 7:00 AM until 8:00 AM GMT on Dec 25, 2015, due to a hardware upgrade. Please note that your customer support emails will be queued and converted into tickets once the service comes up. We apologize for any inconvenience." - FreshDesk Support Team
